Rentals across Rhode Island

Looking for an apartment?

Stop refreshing the listing sites. Tell us what you need one time, and we will reach out when something that actually fits comes available. No fee, no account required.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is the only one you do alone.

1

Tell us what you need

Where you want to live, how many bedrooms, your budget, and when you need to move. One form, about a minute.

2

We reach out when something fits

We manage rentals directly, so we often know a unit is coming available before it is posted anywhere.

3

See it, apply, move in

We handle the showing, the application, and the lease, with a licensed team on the other end of the phone.

Get on the list

The more you tell us, the better the matches. You can always update it later by replying to any email we send you.

Real units, not bait listings

We manage Rhode Island rentals ourselves. The units we send you exist and are available.

Often before they go public

When a tenant gives notice, our list hears about it first.

No fee to join

Getting on the list costs nothing. There is no charge to be told about an apartment.

A person, not a form robot

A licensed agent follows up with you and stays with you through the lease.

Good to know before you apply

  • What you will typically need to apply: photo ID, proof of income, and rental history
  • Most Rhode Island landlords look for monthly income around three times the rent
  • First month and a security deposit are standard at lease signing
  • Tell us up front if you have a housing voucher, we work with them
  • Tell us about pets early, it narrows the list quickly but there are pet friendly units
